1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms govern the use of the JT Monitor platform (the "Platform"), provided by the business named above ("we" or "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. The service
The Platform collects, organises and filters market information by business activity code (NACE), such as:
- public tenders and direct awards;
- funding calls;
- buyer requests (B2B) and export opportunities;
- events, news and company information;
- requests posted by users themselves, under the specific terms for requests.
The information comes mainly from public sources and open data (for example ΚΗΜΔΗΣ, TED, ESPA, ΓΕΜΗ, ΑΑΔΕ, Eurostat, official bodies and press releases). For news we show the title, a link to the source and our own short summary.
3. Businesses only (B2B)
The Platform is intended exclusively for businesses and professionals, for the purposes of their business activity.
- Businesses based in Greece need a Greek tax ID (ΑΦΜ) to register, which is checked through the ΑΑΔΕ service. An inactive tax ID is not accepted.
- Businesses based in another country need to confirm their email and mobile number, and declare that they act as a business.
Because the contract is between businesses, consumer protection rules do not apply (in particular the right of withdrawal under Greek Law 2251/1994).
4. Account
- You provide true and current information and keep it up to date.
- One account per business (tax ID) and per mobile number. Creating multiple free accounts is not allowed.
- Passwords are personal and must not be shared. The Pro plan includes up to 3 users; additional users are charged.
- Tell us immediately at support@jtmonitor.gr if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Plans, prices and payment
- Available plans: Free, Basic and Pro, billed monthly or yearly. What each plan includes is described on the pricing page, which forms part of these terms.
- Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is charged as the law requires: 24% for businesses in Greece; reverse charge for businesses in other EU member states with a valid VAT number (VIES); outside the scope of VAT for businesses outside the EU, where applicable.
- Payment is made by card or another method through Stripe. We do not store card details.
- A legal invoice is issued for every payment, transmitted to myDATA (the Greek tax authority's e-books system) and sent to you by email.
6. Renewal, changes and cancellation
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period (month or year), charged to the same payment method, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; until then you keep access. The amount for a period that has already started is not refunded pro rata.
- Upgrades take effect immediately, with the difference charged pro rata. Downgrades take effect from the next period.
- For yearly plans we send you an email reminder 30 days before renewal.
- If a payment fails, a 7-day grace period follows. After that the account returns to the Free plan.
7. Changes to prices and service
We may change prices or what the plans include. For price changes we notify you by email at least 30 days before they apply to you. The new price applies from the next renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the renewal.
8. Acceptable use
Access is provided for the internal business use of your company. The following are not allowed:
- automated data extraction (scraping, crawlers, bots) and getting around limits or technical protection measures;
- copying, distributing, reselling or making the content available to third parties, in whole or in substantial part;
- using the content to build or train artificial intelligence systems or a competing product;
- sharing an account or passwords;
- using people's contact details for unsolicited commercial communication (spam) in breach of Greek Law 3471/2006 and the GDPR;
- any unlawful or abusive use.
The Platform offers no Excel/CSV export on any plan; instead it offers saved lists inside the Platform.
9. Accuracy of information — no advice
- We check and cross-check the information, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Sources may contain errors, delays or interruptions.
- The official source prevails. Before any decision (for example taking part in a tender, submitting a funding application, deadlines), check the official announcement, which we link to.
- NACE matching and eligibility indications are aids only and do not confirm eligibility.
- Summaries and analyses (including those produced with the help of artificial intelligence) are for information only. They are not legal, tax, financial or investment advice.
10. Intellectual property
The Platform, the software, the design, our summaries and the database (as to its selection, organisation and updating, article 45A of Greek Law 2121/1993) belong to us. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for as long as your subscription lasts, in line with section 8. Rights in the content of the sources belong to their owners.
11. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform running, without guaranteeing it. There may be interruptions for maintenance, upgrades or reasons beyond our control (for example outages of sources, providers or networks).
12. Limitation of liability
- We are liable only for intent and gross negligence.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity (for example a tender or funding) or decisions you made based on the Platform.
- In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.
- These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, in particular section 8, false information or non-payment. In a serious breach, suspension may be immediate and without refund. You can delete your account at any time; your data is deleted as described in the Privacy policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. For material changes we notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Platform after they take effect, the new terms are considered accepted. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
Greek law applies. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before taking any legal step, please contact us at support@jtmonitor.gr so we can try to resolve it amicably.
16. Other
If any term is found invalid, the rest remain in force. Not exercising a right does not mean waiving it. Contact: support@jtmonitor.gr.
